Fins were broken when shipped

I bought this along with three other rockets. This one arrived with the balsa sheet containing the fins split in two with two of the fins broken. They were easily repaired by gluing them back together but shouldn’t have been broken in the first place. Aside from that, the model was easy to assemble and looks good.

I used a Baby Bertha for my granddaughter's gender reveal.

I built a Big Bertha and a Baby Bertha with the intention of using the Big Bertha for the gender reveal. However, at the last minute, there was a change in plans for the launch area. I quickly set up the Baby Bertha and used it for the reveal. This rocket's large diameter body tube carried streamers and red chalk powder to an altitude of 250 feet with no problem on a B engine. I wasn't going for altitude, but I needed to keep from crop-dusting the crowd. The launch was an absolute success!

Countdown to lift off

I am happy with my purchase. Well packaged and everything is in tacked. We haven't built it yet. Waiting for the grandson this Thanksgiving to help build them launch.
