Problems with fin install

I bought this for my grandaughter because she said "it has dragons on it" Well, it was an ok assemble until we got to the fins. The fin attachment tabs were all bent at about 35 degrees. I tried to straighten out the tabs, but they cracked and broke off. So we built something else instead, a Wacky Wiggler I think, and this one went on the repair pile.

We apologize that your experience was not what you had hoped for. We value your input and would like to learn more about what went wrong. Please contact us at service@estesrockets.com so we can better understand the situation and work toward a solution.

Dragonite - Very Hard to Assemble

I bought these kits for my grandkids 8 and 11 years old. The 11-year-old is extremely good at assembling things but he, as well as I, had a very hard time assembling the kit. The instructions are poor on top of the inherent difficulty. Fortunately, we were able to find a YouTube video that showed us how to assemble the rockets. I recommend that you, at least, vastly improve the instructions but also give a warning of the difficulty in assembly to would be buyers.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide the best possible service and products. We would love the opportunity to assist you further and address any concerns you may have. Please reach out to us at service@estesrockets.com so we can help resolve the issue.
