Have loved this rocket since I was 8.

I built my latest Interceptor but was wondering what to do differently with it. The result was flipping the color scheme. The result was what you see in the picture. This one has 3 flights logged and it never disappoints. I like to use a Super C engine to get her off the pad fast and at apogee this rocket looks awesome when it starts a dive. I don't think you can ever outgrow the love for this rocket.

I built one long ago, at least back to 1971, probably even before that. I got to fly it one time. It flew beautifully, the parachute opened fine and ... it drifted in the wind... over the houses around the sports field I launched it from, I ran... through yards, over fences... and I was about 10’ short when it smacked down on the asphalt road and broke up the wings...
