Overview

The Xarconian Cruiser™ is built to engage experienced builders who want more than a fast assembly kit. Its extended body, complex fin geometry, and advanced construction steps create a rewarding build that appeals to serious rocketeers. The finished model feels substantial, intentional, and well worth the effort, making it an ideal choice for customers looking for their next meaningful project.

Retro Sci Fi Design With Strong Shelf Presence

The Xarconian Cruiser features a bold sci fi inspired silhouette that immediately stands out on retail shelves. Its distinctive shape and eye catching packaging attract advanced hobbyists and collectors, helping retailers upsell beyond entry level kits. This model also resonates with long time Estes fans who are eager to add something visually unique to their fleet.

Performance That Drives Sell Through

Powered by Estes C6-3 engines, the Xarconian Cruiser reaches altitudes of up to 525 feet (160 m), delivering the performance experienced rocketeers expect. Customers enjoy the complete rocketry experience, from a challenging build to a dramatic launch and reliable recovery using the included 18 inch parachute. This balance of performance and complexity encourages repeat purchases and long term customer engagement.

A Smart Addition To Advanced Assortments

While beginner and intermediate kits anchor most assortments, advanced builders consistently look for their next challenge. The Xarconian Cruiser fills this gap with a premium kit that commands attention and justifies higher price points. For retailers and distributors, it offers a dependable option for serving serious hobbyists while strengthening the overall product mix.

Supports Accessory And Add On Sales

Each kit includes laser cut balsa fins, a 22.7 inch airframe, detailed instructions, and high quality components. Builders will need common modeling supplies such as adhesives, sandpaper, and paint, creating natural opportunities for incremental accessory sales. The result is a product that not only performs well on the shelf but also contributes to higher basket values and perceived brand prestige.

About 80% complete with the build and so far so good

About 80% complete with the build and so far so good. The instructions are a little vague as to the exact location longitudinally and the depth placement of the engine mount. On thing I did to aid in fin placement was create a laser cut jig from the diagram alignment guide.

Very nice build

I built this rocket a while ago. Then promptly lost the decal sheet so I put it away. I recently found them and completed the model. It looks good, I haven't flown it yet. But I'll update when I do.
