Estes Industries, LLC B2B Return Policy
Applicable to: All purchases made by business customers from Estes Industries LLC
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 business days of the date of invoice.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Unused/Unmodified:
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and unmodified.
Original Packaging:
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
Reason for Return:
Please state the reason for the return on the return form or in your communication with us.
*The customer must provide a signed copy of the BOL noting the damage, along with photographic evidence. Required photos include a full pallet image, box damage, and close-ups of individual item damage.
Return Authorization:
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Once the above conditions are met, Estes Customer Service or your sales support member will obtain an RA number for the products you wish to return.
Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. If a customer returns an order due to their own error, such as over-purchasing or entering the wrong product number, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Options:
Full Refund: Upon receipt of the returned product, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange: If the product is eligible for an exchange, we will ship the replacement product upon receipt of the returned product.
Internal Credit: You will receive a credit memo for the related invoice.
Exceptions:
Customized Products: Products that are customized or made-to-order are generally not eligible for return.
Software/Digital Products: Software and digital products are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Consumable Products: Consumable products are generally not eligible for return.
Engines Products: Not generally eligible for return
