The launch controller stopped working after a couple of launches. Light goes on when metal pin is inserted, but turns off when launch button is pressed. Brand new batteries.

This was a replacement. Light goes on and turns off with both key and button being pressed. Nothing happens. Either the launcher provides insufficient electric or the Estes starters are absolute trash.
Very disappointed. I had used este products as a child and immediately went to them as trusted vendor. So far we have launched 0 rockets and have replaced starters and launchers

Cannot get either of the launchers to work. Brand new batteries.
I won’t fault the launcher itself. But the customer service at Estes is lacking. Originally, I was sent a new launcher without incident. They were easy to work with.
Now, the second launcher doesn’t want to work and getting a hold of anyone is really difficult. I’ve called. I’ve emailed. I sent a video of the non working device, and I’ve gotten no where.
Meanwhile, I’ve got a rocket that’s build that I can’t launch.
