The Green Eggs rocket's swept fins not only add stability during flight but also allow the Green Eggs rocket to stand by itself.

    Additionally, the balsa fins are thick enough to enhance alignment and provide exceptional strength, making it suitable even for mounting through a wall. With a main body tube and clear payload section of the same diameter, the Green Eggs rocket is easy to set up with a standard launch lug without the need for awkward stand-offs.     Overview

    Green Eggs lofting rocket designed for Estes C11 and D engines. However, carrying a regular size raw egg as a payload comes very close to exceeding the max lift capability of most C6 engines used in other egg loft kits. Therefore, we recommend Estes C11 engines instead. They will provide a safe and stable flight, along with a recovery suited for small-sized flying fields.

    Green Eggs lofting rocket's clear payload is big enough to carry TWO eggs (with a D12-3 engine)! Swept fins allow the egg lofting rocket to stand by itself.

    The main body tube and clear payload section are both the same diameter so that you can glue a standard launch lug into place without the need for an awkward stand-off.Green Eggs Balsa fins are thick enough to enhance alignment and provide exceptional strength, even when Green Eggs are mounted through a wall.

    All these lofting rocket features add up to less time building and, therefore, more fun time for your students to perform experiments with their “eggstronauts”.

    It has been 50 years since I built an Estes rocket and the quality has only improved

    It has been 50 years since I built an Estes rocket and the quality has only improved. I wanted a heavier rocket to use with my grandkids and this was the perfect choice. Just finished it yesterday, so no chance to launch it yet, but we are all looking forward to that first launch.

    Put a E12-6 in it and you get 1607 feet. Tape it in... Fly's good and straight. RockSim approved.
