During landing, one of the plastic fins fell off and was never found. The fins are supposed to lock into a plastic slot and the fitting was tight so I don't know how it could have fallen off. Estes replaced the rocket. This time I glued the fins into place despite the instructions not requiring it. Interestingly enough, I noticed that Estes had moved the built-in launch lug from the fin area of the rocket up to about half-way up the body tube. During the second launch, the shock cord, parachute, and nosecone because separated from the rocket and were lost. Like I always do, I had tied the shock cord to the nosecone as instructed - using a double knot and tied very tightly.
