Bought the Prospector rocket in a launch kit. The assembly was fine. We launched the rocket only to find that the shock cord attachment within the tube failed. The rocket tube fell where we could recover it. The nose and parachute were lost. We lost track of the nose right at the separation. First launch of the rocket. Poor quality and manufacturer failure to fix the shock cord inside the tube. Lesson learned: check the shock cord anchor before flight.
I wanted to update this review. Things like this happen when launching rockets. What isn't always expected is First Class Customer Support.
