Really enjoyed this build. With a little attention to paint

Really enjoyed this build. With a little attention to paint and decals, it turned out to be a beautiful scale project. Best looking rocket in my hobby room!

It's a great flier. I used a smaller yellow chute

It's a great flier. I used a smaller yellow chute to solve my extraction problem. The smaller chute makes for a speedier recovery & less chance for the wind to take control of the landing. Never retire this design.

Honest flier! Using the A3 engines makes for a longer

Honest flier! Using the A3 engines makes for a longer burn, a bit slower rise which is great to watch on a fatter body like this. Don't forget the clay in the nose, use a bit of CA to seal it in there. Use minimum 4 prefer 5 sheets of wadding to keep the rubber cord from singing. It floats down, and I mean floats, on that parachute. I cut a 2 inch hole in it and it still comes down nice and easy. A great first rocket for the day to check wind. It'll fly as high as advertised. Durable gem.
